I wish that I'd taken my own advice from my blog heading last night.
I was still awake at 3.30 this morning. Awake again, then out of bed before 7am.
I managed to stay remotely up to speed at TAFE today (I was getting a little confused during my aseptic techniques for wound care, though.... damn those "clean" and "dirty" forceps...), didn't miss the stop on the bus and train to M.Brook, and managed to stay awake through a movie with Beloved and VB.
It's now 11.45pm.
I'm off to shower, then oozing into bed.
Goodnight all.
zzzzzzzzzzzzz (hopefully)zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Heres to a good night sleep. Or sleep in general as it may be.
Hope you feel rested and refreshed when you awake to the challenges of a new day!
Ugh. I HATE periods of insomnia. Not only do you feel rotten, you're still expected to be able to function! And we still make medical interns take 36 hour shifts? Seriously, would YOU want that kid tending to your medical care?
I find daily exercise helps me sleep (in all my spare time---HA).
That, and maybe some red wine and a Valium (I kid, I kid....).
Sweet dreams, lady!
Go to the quack and get a "mental Health Plan' and they will refer you to a psychologist for 6 treatments under medicare...Visionary health at Hamilton mixed her up a herbal tonic and magnesium ....so far thats where were at. And if you get a medical certificate they can put off due assignments etc for a while till things settle.
xx
