Let the sun shine in..............

Good Morning Bloggers!!!!!!
We survived the weekend.

It was all good.

VB helped his team to win their leaugue game on Saturday. Then he had a great time at his friend's birthday party on Saturday night. He slept over at friendds' houses Saturday and Sunday nights, then went straight to school on Monday, so we didn't see him until Monday evening. But he is happy, and not concerned about being abandoned by us.

The boys had a great time riding on Sunday.

And GG and I had fun at the warehouse outlets at Homebush Bay on Sunday.

And IKEA. What can I say about IKEA?

I LOVED IT!! AND I CAN'T WAIT TO GOT BACK AGAIN!!!

Those Swiss people are such whizzes at design; so clever and inventive. And things are so reasonably priced. I have my eyes on light fittings, mirrors, and a kitchen. I'm not sure if I want to order a flatpack built-in kitchen, or whether I want free-standing units. I fell in love the the beautiful practicality of the free-standing ones. But whether or not this adds value to our property, and that's the bottom line, I don't know. But I do have faith in my ability to make it look like it belongs there.
On the job front; I was unsuccessful in securing a traineeship with Hunter New England Health. But they rang me to see whether they could recommend me to another Nursing home in Waratah who wants an enrolled nurse trainee. So it's not all over yet.

I've got to go.

I'm off to have my breasts squashed in the aim om of checking out their state of health.

Have a good day.

See Ya!!!! <3

I've been told that to prepare for a mammogram, you should put your boob on a cement floor and crush it with a brick. It can't be that bad can it? If it serves a purpose, like detecting cancer, I guess a bit of boob squashing in a vice is worth it.

Good-Luck!!! xoxox

It seems to be more uncomfortable for women with small breasts ... I had a mammogram last year and the process was better than I had imagined ... afterwards I felt like one of Lady Cottington's pressed Fairies though!

I'm on the smallish side (when I weigh less, anyway; if I lose the 10kilos that I need to, I'll be folding my boobs into my bra, and it is a little uncomfortable, anbd you need to be comfortable with someone manhandling in a gentle, yet definite manner. It was ok, really.

I thought it was quite funny that there was a gentle warm breeze blowing from the machine over my breasts and the x-ray plates, though...... so that I didn't get cold...

And I'm such a dolt. IKEA is SWEDISH, not SWISS!! The Swedish meatballs in the "Swedish Eatery" should have reminded me of that.

Hmmmmmmm.....

Your boobies should now be called "flatersaureses" I spelt that completely wrong, but you get the idea!!!
